Tell a Story & Make a Statement

During school I never pay attention,
I will just start randomly planning in my head.

I remember I was sitting in Geometry,
and I thought,
who do so many meaningless pictures?
Why not take what I can do and "make a statement"
And this is what I came up with.

"Turn off the TV"

In the world today we primarily focus on "what comes on the TV tonight"
Why not just shut off the TV? In my house my whole family is separated because we are all
in different rooms watching our preference.
Why sit and be exposed to, war, porn, violence, exc.
When we could be out in the world experiencing everything that is available

"Mind your own"

Do you ever feel that no matter how hard you try to keep your business to yourself,
that there are always people prying in and digging into your life? So no matter if you put your hand in front
of your face to block people out, they see through. In a small town, there is no such thing as a secret. Psh.....
privacy, haha good luck with that =)

"Haunted"

It seems that as teenagers, when it comes to relationships we are completely hypnotized. And it seems that the first time that something happens between us and our girlfriend/boyfriend that we feel that it is the end of the world. Cant sleep, Cant eat, Cant dream, Cant smile, Cant think without them inside your mind. We take to much into one another. We let them haunt us.

"It's Not Over"

"Nothings real till you let go completely"
such true words when applied to breaking a habit, and becoming sober. I'm not talking about a drinking habit, or a dug addiction. Webster says Sober means "showing no excessive or extreme qualities of fancy, emotion, or prejudice" I think it means, to get rid of the things that are hindering onto you. That you are no longer
choosing the lifestyle you once choose. Why not sober yourself from the hurtful relationships in your life,
why go back, why continue to hurt yourself?

"Comfortably Uncomfortable"

Do you realize that almost everyone has a cellphone, computer, TV exc. We are all being completely consumed by technology. My 6 year old nephew even has a cell phone. Most of us let our days go to waste on computers. It seems that us as teenagers can be ANYWHERE and still access Myspace.com don't get me wrong I love myspace, but we are giving it to much control. Its almost as if we can be in the MIDDLE of a field and still find a way to myspace? Are we comfortable with this habit, or comfortably uncomfortable

"Material Conception"

I think this one is self explanatory =)
